We might run another colloquium again this year in June at IOE – this time on the theme of “The Idea of a University”

My paper would either be one one philosophical education, or else one on Hayek, both concerned with “seeing” or epistemology. The first would employ Marion’s notion of the saturated phenomenon, the viewing of Monet’s water lilies. The second as well, but aimed at illuminating how the natural law “shows”. I still have time to decide.
WE are now making plans for visiting IOE from the 16th to the 20th June 2014. These dates are of course still tentative, but overlap with the IOE research week for EdD DA students.
